Prior to the Gurukula Youth Reunion that day, the boys set up the festival site on Venice Beach. This was one of the longest set ups of the summer due to LA being one of the largest rathayatras. Most weekends the girls cut huge mountains of vegetables or string miles of garlands as the boys put up countless tents. This division of labour tends to cause friction between the gender groups are both are convinced that the other has the easier job.
